This picture book is the third from the series of booklets from Zbirka
ABZZZ, about the 1st year pupils’ school supplies that come to life to
allow for a playful transition from the world of pre-school into a more
“serious” school.In this book collection, we’ve had a special privilege of collaborating with some of the most eminent experts in Slovenian illustration and children’s literature:
Marusa Avgustin, dr. Kristina Brenkova, dr. Igor Saksida ter Joze Zupan.
Ph RED has released at the start of 2009 first children’s story book
with the title
MY NAME IS BAG, A SCHOOL BAG.
Writen by Aleksander Arsov, illustrated by Klemen Gorup.
As luck has it, alongside the publication of this first story book, we
have started a big fundraising appeal to collect school supplies for
children living in the areas affected by war. This appeal was endorsed
by the Foundation “TOGETHER” as well as the
Ministry of Defence.

Because the story book is still fresh off the printing press, it will
not reach the bookshelves in selected bookstores until next month.
CONTINUATION
Two more story books by the same authors from the children’s collection
of story books by ABZZZ about naughty school supplies are going to see
